    • Contingency-based fees by state:

    • Connecticut (CT): 15% of recovered funds (state maximum)

    • Pennsylvania (PA): 15% of recovered funds (state maximum)

    • All Other States (FL, RI, CA, etc.):

      • 2,000–2,000–14,999 recovered: 15% fee

      • 15,000–15,000–49,999 recovered: 20% fee

      • 50,000–50,000–99,999 recovered: 25% fee

      • $100,000+ recovered: 30% fee

  • All fees are disclosed before you sign—no hidden costs, EVER!!!

 

Subsection 2: Registered & Certified Fully Registered for Your Protection:

  • PA Registered Finder: Greenthumb Connections is officially registered with the State of Pennsylvania Finders Division (required by PA law).

  • Certification #: 0800511-0324 (displayed on all required documents!

 

Subsection 3: Compliance & Legal Strict Adherence to State Laws:

  • We comply with all state-specific regulations for asset recovery and surplus funds.

  • Our agreements and limited power of attorney documents include all required registration numbers and disclosures.

 

Subsection 4: Insurance & Data Security Protecting You and Your Information:
